|Recommended: YesMaintenance sucks — I wish they did better job at maintenance.

|Recommended: YesI'm very happy with staff here. — The property is beautifully taken care of and people that live here seem to be very nice.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — We’ve lived here for a month and the office has been very helpful
Friendly staff, so many amenities and extras to help you live here comfortably.
|Recommended: NoIntentionally misleading and payment — Pioneer Crossing’s payment system is incredibly confusing and poorly communicated. I was told to only pay a 350 application and deposit fee through their portal, but there were no clear warnings or restrictions preventing me from accidentally paying rent through it as well — which I did. The portal allowed me to pay over 2,100, far more than I was supposed to, without any flags or confirmation that I was exceeding my actual rent responsibility.
Even worse, Pioneer Crossing does not issue refunds, even when the overpayment is clearly a mistake caused by their lack of proper instructions and platform design. Instead, I’m now stuck waiting for my housing provider to figure out how to credit that money manually, which adds unnecessary stress and delay.
If you’re going to use a third-party payment platform, it should be transparent, foolproof, and come with refund options for situations like this. Rent is stressful enough without having to worry about losing hundreds of dollars to a confusing system.
|Recommended: YesPretty good. — There’s a lack in doggy bags around the property so I’ve noticed a lot of people don’t pick up after their dogs leaving a mess. Along with for the first 3 days of living here they messed up my parking making moving in and grocery shopping very difficult.
|Recommended: Yes1 year review — Ive lived here for 1 year. Everything about living here is 5 star. From office staff Gabrielle to maintenance staff. Snow removal, garbage, responsiveness to any questions. Great place to live.
|Recommended: YesA Fancy Place To Live — I have nothing to complain about Rooms are more spacious than other apartments, in the 3 bed 2 bath, you essentially get to master bedrooms. The club house is very nice with good amenities. Parking isn't terrible unless you don't like a little bit of a walk.
|Recommended: YesMoving in — The move in process was vey easy thanks to the staffs knowledge.
|Recommended: YesAmazing apartments and an even better crew that makes your life easier — The apartments are well built. The property management go out of their way to address issues if you have any. Club house facilities are great. It has almost everything you can ask for in an apartment style living.
|Recommended: YesStaff and Apartment is great. Pet Screening is terrible. — The staff and the apartment are terrific. Love my apartment. The only issue is the Pet Screening company that you use. They have been goofing around with me for 3 weeks now. They have no number to call for customer assistance. Only an email address and it's just kids on the other end using pre typed responses. Useless. I have all legitimate documentation that has been verified by 2 other apartments in less then 1 day. Only here at Pioneer has this been such a massive problem.
